Louisiana Man Catches Huge Turtle, Social Media Reacts to Capture

Louisiana truly is a "Sportsman's Paradise" and one catch has many on social media suggesting that this turtle should have been released to live another day.

Sonny Collom shared a few photos of the massive turtle which was caught at Toledo Bend and many on Facebook said that the person who caught the turtle should have let it go.

Those with much more experience than me in turtles say the huge turtle is likely over 100 years old.

In the original social media post, Collom says that it weighed approximately 160 pounds.
