After a year of virtual events, one job fair is coming back to the Cajundome Convention Center.

The LEDA Job Fair is going back to a full in-person event this year. The event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Cajundome Convention Center.

This is the largest job fair in Acadiana and in its twenty-sixth year run this event has helped hundreds of Acadiana residents find the perfect job opportunity.

In an interview with KATC, Gregg Gothreaux, LEDA President and CEO explained, “This Job Fair is part of ongoing efforts in the region to connect displaced or underemployed workers with companies that are hiring. The participating companies offer jobs ranging from entry-level to experienced, from those needing little training to those requiring advanced degrees.”
