Lafayette Police Need Help In Hit And Run Incident In Downtown Lafayette

Lafayette Police are investigating a hit and run in downtown Lafayette earlier this morning.

KATC reports that a female victim was struck by a dark-colored sedan around 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of Jefferson Street and Garfield Street. The vehicle fled the scene while the victim suffered moderate injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
