Katy Perry Sued Over Paparazzi Photo Of Herself

Three years ago, Katy Perry attended Kate Hudson‘s Halloween party dressed as Hillary Clinton. One of her friends dressed as Bill Clinton. Her now fiancé, Orlando Bloom was dressed as Donald Trump.

There were, as you can imagine, paparazzi present. Katie posted one of their photos on her Instagram. It’s been there for about three years and has received over a half-million likes. I can't publish the photo. Click here for the story & photos from Fox News.

The firm that claims they own the rights to the photo is now suing her for $150,000. This is just my two cents, but it seems like a countersuit would be in order.
