Carry Two Drinks Even When Your Hands are Full – Here’s How
It's either already happened in your life or it's going to happen in your life. You walk into an establishment such as a gas station or convenience store to purchase snacks and drinks. You're carrying stuff for two so you know your hands are going to be full. You've got snacks in one hand and, wait, how can you carry two fountain drinks or multiple cups of coffee in just one hand?
This can be quite a conundrum for anyone who purchases snacks or picks up food from the drive-thru for their family. How do you get the food and the drinks into the house without spilling them all or making several trips back and forth?
Believe it or not, the answer to this everyday problem is a lot closer than you think. And, if you look in your kitchen you'll probably find a drawer or cabinet full of the solution. So, what's the answer? Why it's those plastic shopping bags we all seem to be saving.
This probably creates another situation in your mind, namely, how do you carry drinks in a plastic bag without spilling them? Well, this is how.
This is absolutely mind-blowing. TikTok influencer @joshuaelle has the demonstration on his TikTok page and so far a little over 10 million people have used his hack to become enlightened and less damp from spilled sodas.
Basically with just a few quick twists of the plastic bag, it becomes a more stable platform to carry drinks and it has a handle. That means you can carry those drinks with a few fingers while you open a door or reach for your car keys.
This hack might certainly replace the pressed paper tray cup caddy that many fast food establishments use. Those things are unstable at best and really only work to keep the drinks from spilling in the car, but only if you set the whole apparatus on the floor.
So, the next time you're at the beach, walking in from the drive-thru, or carrying extra beverages for your friends at Festival International you can now do so with one hand tied behind your back. We don't recommend it, but you could do it if you wanted.
