It’s Not Christmas Until I Find This On My Desk [VIDEO]

The trees can be losing their leaves and changing colors, the stores packed with seasonal shoppers and lawns decorated with lights but it's not officially Christmas until I find one special item on my desk.

Every year I wait for it.  The smell of ginger bread the minute I open my office door.  That's when I know a tiny little blond elf named Stephanie Crist has paid me a visit.  Stephanie and I have worked down the hall from one another for many years now, she's know how much I enjoy her homemade ginger bread.

Stephanie, also a fellow broadcaster, is one of the sweetest people in our building and a tremendous on-air talent.  But over the years, I've learned her talents don't end when she walks out of the studio.  She is quite the talent when she walks into a kitchen.
