Is This The Perfect Recipe For Meatballs? [VIDEO]

As many of you know by listening to CJ and Debbie Ray in the Morning, my family tries to get together once a week for family night.  I was thinking about making something that includes meatballs.

I've made spaghetti and meatballs before, but I'm trying to step it up a notch and make something a bit more Italian and not so much Cajun.

This YouTube video claims to be the recipe for the best meatballs.  What do you think?
