Fence On Bonin Road In Steady Disrepair

I drive Bonin road frequently.  Not once have I had a problem navigating the curves on that road, but, obviously, many people do.

I recall seeing this fence in the Walker's Lake subdivision, on Bonin near La Neuvelle, in a fine state of repair only once in my life:  when it was first erected. 

Since then, I can not remember seeing it repaired.  It seems that, every time I drive by there, it's broken/down in at least one area.  What's the problem with this road?  Is it the curve?  Someone help me out here!
