Is This A Ghost, Angel, Or Something Else?

The image above was captured by Saul Vasquez in Kentucky as he was passing by. The image has gone viral, with many stating they believe it is a ghost of someone who died in the crash or an angel. The crash victim was later pronounced dead at an area hospital.

Vasquez told Lex 18 that the image wasn't altered. I've darkened the original photo to get a better look. What do you think this is? Let us know here!
