Hunter Hayes To Host Pre Telecast On Grammy Day

Hunter Hayes is one of the fastest rising stars in country music, or so it seems. Local folks know Hunter has worked all his life to achieve his "overnight" success. He's nominated for a Grammy, Best Country Solo Performance. The Advertiser reports Hunter will host the "pre telecast" on Grammy Day, Feb. 8th. Several acts from Acadiana are nominated for awards that will be presented that afternoon. They include Jo-El Sonnier, Bonsoir Catin, and the Magnolia Sisters. The ceremonies will be streamed live at grammy.com/live, beginning at 2:00 pm Central time.
