Human Remains Found North Of Franklin

Officials with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office have started an investigation after some hunters found a body north of the town of Franklin.

The remains of this person were found in a wooded area by two hunters who were hunting in area about ten miles north of Franklin.

Officials say they aren't releasing any other details right now, but when we have ore details we will update the story.
