When I travel by air, it's usually to visit friends & family more than a thousand miles away. That makes for a grueling itinerary. After spending an entire day in & out of planes, I just want to get out of my destination airport. At that point a few minutes at baggage claim feels like hours. There's a way to get your bags more quickly upon landing. When you check in, ask airline personnel to put a "Fragile" sticker on your bag(s). According to the New York Post, this virtually ensures your luggage will be loaded last. That means it comes off the plane first, and you're out of there! There's another trick you can try. Wait 'til the last minute to check in. I have my doubts about that one.
