Get ready to see every news reporter from the south ever.

Amanda Jaeger is a morning anchor at a local TV station in Little Rock, and as the snow began to fall earlier this week, she posted a video to her Facebook page that would quickly go viral.

As a member of the media in the south, I'm not sure if her description of most southern news reporters could be any more accurate.

I've always been perplexed that the slightest hint of snow and ice is like kryptonite to southerners, but the truth is we have no clue how to handle it being that our infrastructure isn't prepared to handle extremely cold weather.

So as the temps continue to drop, keep an eye out for your favorite southern news reporter or weatherman as they brave life-threatening snow flurries and iced over bridges to keep us safe and informed.
