How Do You Pronounce Lake Fausse Point? [VIDEO]

The question came up on the air today: How do you pronounce Lake Fausse Point?

One caller, Ryan, called to chime in. Having "grown up on that lake", he has insight as to the correct pronunciation and a great theory as to why it's called Lake Fausse Point (which translates to "Lake False Point").

Of those who commented on my Facebook post about the pronunciation so far, 7 of the 18 who responded pronounce it "FOSS-ee".
