They say good news doesn't travel as fast as the bad, so let's change that with some good news in Acadiana.

Students at Catholic High School in New Iberia participated in National Random Acts of Kindness Day last week by leaving sticky notes with positive messages around the school. According to KATC, the notes were left on every locker, classroom, and office door and had messages like 'life is tough, but so are you' and 'train your mind to see the good in everything.'

Teenagers often get a bad rap, but this story goes to show that our young people are compassionate and want to serve their communities. From all of us here at KTDY, way to go, Catholic High!
