The Scott Fire Department, along with other departments in the area, responded to a fire at Judice Middle School on South  Fieldspan Rd Wednesday night.

According to their social media post, the Scott Fire Dept was dispatched to the school, and upon arrival they noticed smoke coming from the band room at the school.

Firefighters arrived on the scene and waited for access to the security gates before they could evaluate the situation on campus.

Once they gained access firefighters saw where the smoke was coming from and at that point, they entered the building with hoses.
