Possible Chemical Leak At Plant Near Baton Rouge

According to WAFB in Baton Rouge, there is a possible chemical leak at DOW Chemical near Baton Rouge.

Around 3:30 Friday afternoon, emergency crews were called to the plant in Placquemine in regards to a possible chemical leak.

According to WAFB, the plant has been evacuated and LA Highway 1 has been shut down in both directions.
