On this week's edition of Wellness Wednesday, Dr. Kevin shared his tips on how to start the new school year off on a healthy note.
His tips included:
1. Take 5 minutes and prepare something healthy for breakfast.
2. A safe backpack should weigh no more 10% of the child's weight.
3. Young athletes should not play through the pain when injured.
4. How to address being overweight with children.
