Actress Christina Hendricks is apparently all about everything Louisiana. On "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson", she talks about nutria rats, eating alligator and how she's learning to play Zydeco music on accordion.

Hendricks tells Furguson that her sister-in-law is from New Orleans. As a result, she has become pretty familiar with South Louisiana culture. She is apparently learning how to play accordion because she loves Zydeco so much.
