’60 Minutes’ Features Tabasco, Calls It ‘Cajun Ketchup’

Sunday's edition of CBS' '60 Minutes' featured Acadiana's own McIlhenney family and their world famous Tabasco Brand Pepper Sauce. Dr. Sanjay Gupta interviewed CEO Tony Simmons, the great-great grandson of the company's founder, Edmund McIlhenney. Simmons told Gupta that the family-owned business is now in its 146th year of operation and attributed their success to Avery Island.
