31st Annual Beef CookOff

The 31st Annual St. Landry Parish Cattlemen's Association "Here's the Beef" Beef Cook-off takes place on Sunday, March 6 at the St. Landry Parish Agriculture Arena.

Categories this year include:

• Gourmet
• Brisket
• Roast
• Stew or Rice & Gravy
• Tongue
• Ground Meat
• Miscellaneous

The cook-off judging starts at 12:30.  Admission is $5.00.  The trail ride starts at 8:30 and costs $15.00 for entry.  Live music begins at 10am, featuring:

• Jamie Bergeron & The Kickin' Cajuns
