2 Killed, Multiple Injuries In Reckless ‘Flyby’ Crash At Underground Car Meet Outside Of Houston

A driver is facing charges for a "flyby" crash that left two people dead and multiple others hurt.

According to a report from KHOU, a driver was going "well over 100 mph" when he crashed a Chevrolet Camaro into another driver in a Chevrolet Malibu near an underground car meet late Sunday night.

UPDATE: Andrew Mock's mugshot has been released.

The Harris County Sherriff's Office said hundreds of people were standing along sidewalks and the frontage road while people showed off their vehicles. A witness caught all of the insanity on their cell phone camera.

The driver of the Camaro has been identified as 22-year-old Andrew Mock. The impact from Mock's car alone was enough to make his yellow Camaro go airborne, sending the Malibu into the crowd of onlookers.

I saw the yellow Camero fly in the air a little bit and he was sliding against the wall.

One of the men who is said to have died instantly at the scene has been identified as 35-year-old Roger Glover who was in town from New Jersey to celebrate a friend's birthday and had plans to fly back on Monday.

Two teenage boys were injured on the scene and one of them died later at the hospital. The other is still in critical condition. Several other people were injured and treated at the scene.

The Harris County D.A. Office said this is the end of car meets like this.

We are done. There is no more safe haven. You are going to jail you are losing your cars. And if you do something like tonight, you are going to prison for a long, long time.

Mock is currently in the hospital dealing with injuries of his own but will face multiple charges when he is released, including manslaughter.
