South Louisiana is in the grip of a heatwave. The past couple weeks have brought temperatures in the upper 90's, and what feels like 5,000% humidity.

I've been to Buffalo, NY in July. It gets hot there, too. Not Sauna hot, but hot. Would you believe they still have snow on the ground? The area had record snowfall last winter. When Buffalo breaks one of their own snowfall records, that's a LOT of snow. When they clear the streets, it has to be taken somewhere.
