What do working Moms want?  That can be a 'loaded' question.

A recent survey indicates women value help at home more than assistance in the workplace. They also want to make a good living.

What Working Moms Want      Salary is the key factor when job-hunting, according to women who work outside the home, but a family-friendly office, job enjoyment and flexible schedules are also priorities, according to a survey from iVillage and TODAY.com.

The poll indicates 80% of working mothers earn at least half the household income and 70% do the majority of domestic chores. Nearly half say they don’t have enough time with their children.
