Can't make it to Houston this weekend for the NCAA Regional?

Can't find tickets?

Well, you can still go to the ballpark and see the Cajuns in action.

The University of Louisiana athletic department today announced that M. L "Tigue" Moore Field will be open this weekend for each and every game the Cajuns' baseball team plays in the tournament.

The main concession stand will be open and yes, beer will be sold.

"We want to invite our fans who can't make the trip to Houston to come and watch the games with us," Assistant Athletic Director for External Affairs John Dugas said.  "Fans are invited to bring their lawn chairs or blankets and sit right on the field if they wish.  Kids can play on the field as well."

As is the policy during the regular season, no outside food or drink will be permitted.

"Regardless of what time they play, we'll have the gates open," Dugas said.
