The University of Pittsburgh's Cathedral of Learning looks like a normal campus building on the outside (if any campus buildings are over 500 feet high), but when you step inside, it looks like something out of 18th Century Europe!

The study hall, pictured above, has tall ceilings reminiscent of a church.

Some of the rooms in the building, the "Nationality Rooms" are modeled after different countries.

The Swiss Room, pictured above, is fashioned after a 1500's Medieval-style Swiss meeting room or classroom.

A Yahoo search brought up a ton more pictures of the Cathedral of Learning.  It really is a unique experience!

A tour of the building can take you less than one hour, but it is really a sight to behold.  Next time you head to Pittsburgh, be sure to visit the campus of the University of Pittsburgh!
