UL Extends Coach Hud’s Contract

The University of Louisiana Board of Supervisors has approved a five-year contract extension for Ragin' Cajuns head football coach Mark Hudspeth.

Coach Hud Inherited a team that went 3-9 in 2010. he turned the Cajuns around pretty quickly, improving them to 9-4 in 2011. including a The Cajun's victory in the R&L Carriers New Orleans Bowl was the school's first bowl appearance since 1970.  Nine wins tied the school record for victories in a season.  UL also set

a school record with six Sun Belt victories.
