This Week In Elvis 5/13/15

Sugahs, this week we satisfy your sweet tooth with a recipe for a cake that Elvis liked. He liked it so much, the world now calls it the Elvis Presley Cake.

It takes lots of pineapple, sugar, cream cheese and other stuff that's not so good for your waistline but awesome for your taste buds!

There is no one better at making this special cake than my friend Micheal Richard from Opelousas. I've seen him show up with this cake at many gatherings and sometimes it's gone before the main meal is even served. People go right for the dessert when this cake is around.

It is rumored that a friend of Elvis' would make him this cake for special occasions and he loved it...and you will too!
