I recently installed the latest update (IOS 9) on my iphone 6.It contains a feature that could cost you a LOT of money. I use wi-fi whenever possible. The latest IOS update contains a feature called "wi-fi assist." It automatically switches from  wi-fi to cellular data if the connection is weak. This is no big deal if you have an unlimited data plan. I, for one, don't. In the interest of saving money, I cut my data plan to 1G. To deactivate wi-fi assist, go to your iphone settings, and click "Cellular" scroll down. Wi-fi assist is at the bottom of the page. Simply turn it off, and you won't be blindsided by massive data overages. Click here for illustrated instructions.
