April Spielman wanted her boyfriend's first trip to Disneyland to be amazing, so she spent hours working on Tinkerbell and Peter Pan costumes to wear on the day of the visit.

When they tried to get into Animal Kingdom at Disneyland, officials told her that she could not enter with her costume.  The official 'rules' for dress at Disneyland has a chapter dealing with costumes, as Disney doesn't want an 'imposter' on premises, possibly misrepresenting Disney's values.

I understand Disney's need to protect its image, and applaud the fact that they offered the young couple clothes to wear so that they could still enjoy her day.

My favorite part of the video is when Spielman says "they were talking about how little girls, it ruins their dreams (to see the wrong Tinkerbell), but it ruined my dreams because I just want to be Tinkerbell whah whah whah".

I would hate to be this girl's little sister!!
