Kurt Busch is 28th on the all time wins list at Nascar's highest level, Sprint Cup. The 2004 series champion has 24 career wins. He is currently under an indefinite suspension for an alleged episode of domestic violence. A Kent County, Delaware Family Court commissioner granted Busch's ex-grilfriend a protective order, stemming from an alleged act of violence last September. He subsequently drew a suspension for violations of Nascar rules governing personal conduct. The penalty was handed down February 20th. NBC Sports Talk reports, a plan for his return has been mapped out, and Busch has signed an agreement to follow the process outlined in the plan. Regan Smith has substituted for Busch in the Stewart Haas #41 car for the first 2 weeks of the 2015 season.
