Here's a brunch idea you can make using one pan. I recommend a black skillet. Brown about 3 oz. lean ground beef with 5 or 6 dashes of Tobasco chipotle. Set it aside & hit the skillet with some water & scrape it with a spatula. Bring it back up to temperature & put 3 eggs in. Don't scramble 'em. Sprinkle in the beef, a handful of Rotel, and about 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar.Add a few more dashes of chipotle & some Tony's. Fold it like a burrito, and serve on a slice of toast. Top it with lightly browned asparagus, and some hot salsa.
