Revisions To Lafayette Parish School Calendar

The Lafayette Parish school board has made several changes to the calendar for the fall 2016 semester. KATC reports, the changes were made necessary by the recent flood. Parent-teacher conferences originally scheduled for September 14th have been pushed back to September 27th. The first two grading periods have been adjusted as follows:

1st 9 Weeks - 8/11/16 to 10/18/16
2nd 9 Weeks - 10/19/16 to 1/9/17
Progress reports: 9/19/16 and 11/28/16
Report Cards - 10/25/16 and 1/17/17
Parent/Teacher Conference Days - 9/27/16, 10/25/16
