Phil Collins Is Officially Unretired

The Last time we heard from Phil Collins was back in 2002 when he had an album out called 'Testify'.  In 2011 Collins called it quits and officially retired.

In 2011 Phil Collins retired from music due to a back and nerve problem that made it very difficult for him to play drums.  But the legendary singer says he's back, due to a successful back surgery.  Doctors claim he'll be playing drums as well as he always has if he practices to build up his strength.

Collins told 'Rolling Stone', 'I'm no longer officially retired'.  He said his kids are 10 and 14 and want to see what their dad does.  The last time Collins was out on the road, the kids were in diapers.  They like his music, so now it's time to show them their dad out on the road in action.
