OMG Muffin Top is in the Oxford Dictionary LOL!

Some of our favorite new expressions and text slang have made it into the the latest edition of the Oxford English Dictionary. The publication has included definitions for "muffin top" and the heart symbol.

Publishers have announced "muffin top" will feature two definitions, one referring to the top of a muffin and one referring to "a protuberance of flesh above the waistband of a tight pair of trousers."

The new edition of the Oxford English Dictionary also has a definition for the heart symbol, the first symbol to appear in the dictionary.  They define it as a synonym for love.

FYI (for your information) "LOL" appears as "Laugh Out Loud" and BTW (by the way) "OMG" appears respectively as "Oh My God."
