Earlier this week, CJ posted a video about how to make a roux in the oven, with little stirring.  The only problem with this method is that it takes over an hour to make, and, of course, it's full of oil!

When I saw CJ's post, it reminded me of my mother making roux in the microwave with no oil (she was so ahead of her time when it came to working smarter and not harder!!).  After a quick search, I found a recipe online for oil-less, microwave roux, and decided to share it with you!  (It's a lot quicker than CJ's method....)
