I follow the Dalai Lama on Twitter. The power of compassion is a theme upon which he frequently expounds. To the best of my knowledge, he doesn't actually tweet, but they are his words. I'm told he's never sent an email & doesn't make prolific use of technology. He, or someone in his troupe, is wise enough to recognize the power of social media. That goes for the negative, as well as the positive. Rolling Stone reports, Lady Gaga sat down with him for a discussion of peace, and the lack thereof, both on a global and personal scale. His holiness said today's youth are the future, and no one can change the past. He clearly feels today's youth face major challenges....
