KTDY-FM Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility: KTDY Weekday Cash Payday (the “Giveaway”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous states who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Townsquare Media LLC, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of Giveaways, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers any other person or entity associated with the Giveaways (collectively “Giveaway Entities”) and/or the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, are not eligible. All U.S., federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor: The sponsor of the Contest is Townsquare Media of Lafayette and its parent company, Townsquare Media, LLC (the “Sponsor”) with offices at 1749 Bertrand Dr., Lafayette, LA 70506.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Entry Period: The contest period for this contest begins March 26, 2012 and ends April 27, 2012. 

5. Entry: To enter this contest, listen each weekday morning at 7:20am for the two (2) ‘Money Songs.’  When you hear that ‘Money Song’ during the day, be caller number nine when the song ends to automatically win one of two daily prizes of $99 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday—excluding holidays).  Every Thursday the ninth caller will receive one of two daily prizes of $500.  The first ‘Money Song’ will be played between the hours of 9am-2pm and the second ‘Money Song’ will be played between the hours of 2pm-7pm.  Additionally, every winner will be entered into a random drawing to win a $1000 gas card.  A maximum of thirty eight (38) $99 cash winners.  A maximum of ten (10) $500 cash winners.  A maximum of one (1) $1000 gas card winner.

6. Drawing: At the conclusion of the Entry Period, KTDY will select the names of the one (1) qualifier from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected as the grand prize winner is 1:48. Winners will be contacted via phone and will be asked to provide their full name, age and mailing address within a specified time period. If a potential winner does not respond within the time frame stated in the notification phone call, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) prize per household per Giveaway.
