Held Up At Pinhook Or Ambassador Caffery Bridge Today? Here’s Why [VIDEO]

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development sent us a public notice today about a boat needing to travel down the Vermilion River today.  It disrupted traffic on Pinhook and on Ambassador Caffery, giving motorists a little extra time to check up on email and Facebook.

I happened to be at the Pinhook bridge at the right moment.
