Hair Love, winner of an Oscar in the televised Oscar award show last night, tells the emotional story of an African American father learning to do his daughter's hair. It's about six and a half minutes and everyone is talking about it this morning.

Directed by Matthew A Cherry and co-produced with Karen Rupert Toliver, the Oscar-winning short film was produced in 2017 and released as a children's book in 2019.

The short film celebrates family, daddy/daughter love and acceptance. Let it touch your heart.

Congratulations to Hair Love, winner of Short Film (Animated) at the 92 Oscars last night live from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood and televised live on ABC to more than 225 countries worldwide.
