Great Idea: Cool Drinks For Delivery Drivers

One lady had a great idea in her town: leave cold drinks for delivery drivers on her porch!

It's an idea that can do a few things:

1. It can bring relief to people having to work in the heat
2. It can start new friendships
3. It can, quite possibly, save a life!

In the heat that we have been experiencing lately, I don't know anyone who would turn down a cool drink of water or sports drink.  This lady wanted to provide relief for her mail carrier, and the idea caught on.

If you have a walking carrier, leave a cooler on your porch with a note; if your carrier drives, maybe a small cooler on, near or in your mailbox would suffice.  Imagine the surprise (and probable relief) your carrier will get from a cool drink on a hot day!
