The family-friendly event will feature live music, Cajun and zydeco dance instructions, as well as arts and crafts.
The musical lineup features Brazos Huval’s music students (LeBlanc Family Cajun Band, Thibodeaux Family Band and TJ Prade), New Orleans indie rocker Sweet Crude, The Viatones, Huval Fuselier Cajun Trio, and Racines featuring Steve Riley, Mitch Reed, Kevin Wimmer, Chris Stafford and Glenn Fields with special guest Geno Delafose.

Festivals Acadiens et Creole board president, Barry Ancelet said he is pleased to be a part of this new partnership.
“This is, as far as I know, the first time the two festivals have officially come together. I think there’s some good vibes between (Festival) International and (Festivals) Acadiens. This community has long been based on social cooperation. We accomplish a lot more when we work together. Festival International offered to have this event, salute us and share their volunteer efforts with us. We agreed to do the same thing in April with them.”

The evening of live music kicks off at 6 p.m. Admission is $15. Festival volunteers wearing their T-shirts will be admitted for $10.
