2017 Garden Tour Avec Souci
On Sunday, April 23rd from 1 – 5pm, Lafayette kicks off the garden season with the 30th Annual Avec Souci Garden Tour. Five unique local gardens will be featured.
• Brenda and Jerry Bertinot, 100 Glenleven Drive
• Herman Mhire, 1500 Myrtle Place Boulevard
• Allen Bacqué and Winnie Darphin-Bacqué, 104 Melrose Drive
•Marshall and Sandy Mugnier,100 Greenbriar Circle
•Master Gardener Demonstration beds, Coliseum Road
Admission to all five gardens is $15 in advance or $20 at the homes. Tickets can be purchased from any Avec Souci member, Albertsons on Johnston Street and in Broussard, All Seasons Nursery and Landscape, Champagne’s Market, The Garden Center on Pinhook, and Greenscapes. All proceeds from the tour will benefit local charities. Past recipients include Lourdes Foundation (St. Bernadette’s Clinic), Camp Bon Couer, Healing House, Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic, Family Promise, Bridge Ministry, Acadiana Symphony, and the ULL Scholarship Fund.
