The Cocktail Hour 5 p.m.  Join Master Mixologist Luke Tullos as he creates innovative cocktails from around the world and shares his secret on refining the technique of making cocktails!

The Grand Tasting 6 - 9:30 p.m. Stroll the grounds while dining on the finest food Acadiana has to offer and sipping world class wines. View art from premier artist of the region and enjoy live entertainment.
