Chuy’s Lafayette Sauce Tour

If you look past my margarita, you'll see Chuy's sauces, as presented during their "Sauce Tour".

We were fortunate enough to get an invitation to Chuy's soft opening last night.  The company was great, the food was fresh and delicious, and the proceeds from the night's drink sales were donated to Healing House.

In preparation for our meal, our waitress, Melissa, offered us the Sauce Tour, which is a sampling of the sauces you can choose from for your meal.  My favorites were the Hatch Green Chile sauce and the Deluxe Tomatillo sauce (it's got extra cilantro!).  All of them were great!

Chuy's will be open for regular business (and it will be regular from the great feedback we were hearing) at 11am on Tuesday, March 22.
