Cemetery Flower Thief Caught on Video

A family in London, Ontario has been visiting the cemetery only to find that the flowers they left have been stolen. They set up a surveillance camera and now, after three months, they've caught the thief red-handed on video! If you know the woman in the clip, message Marg Allerston-Medeiros on facebook.

After almost 3 months, we finally have video of the person that has been ripping out the flowers from our mother's grave. Please help our family identify this person.
