Beware Credit Repair Scam

The Better Business Bureau is warning Acadiana residents about a company making false claims. You may have noticed blue and white signs around the Lafayette area that say "Erase Bad Credit". The signs have reportedly been placed illegally by a company doing business as Credit repair USA. The Advertiser reports the company  has an F rating with the BBB. They're asking for a $269.00 fee in advance. You should never pay up front for the services. No credit repair company can remove accurate information from your credit report.
