What do you get the man who has "everything"? Buy him a town! For the small price of $400,000, you can be the proud owner of Swett, South Dakota. The Rapid City Journal reports, the town's owner, Lance Benson has placed it on the market. It's an unincorporated hamlet about 2 hours southeast of Rapid City. There isn't much there, a house, three trailers, a workshop...and a bar. Benson and his wife are the only inhabitants of the town, but the bar is the only one within 10 miles.
Gerry Runnels said, "This place is pretty much where the highway ends and the Wild West begins."
