I have a slight fear of heights, having to talk myself into diving from the "high" diving board for a few minutes before I actually jump; this 4th-grader does the same thing on the ski jump.

We've seen the ski jump for years during the Winter Olympics, where athletes sometimes get to break world records, like this 808 foot ski jump by Johan Remen Evensen in February 2011:

Just like most skiers have to start on the "bunny slopes", ski jumpers start on the "bunny jump". At this stage, I am sure that the "bunny jump" looks like the Olympic jump to this 4th-grader.

Listen to her build up her nerve and, more importantly, celebrate her success at the end of the jump.
