What was happening in Lafayette on Sunday afternoon?

A post on social media caught our attention over the weekend and it showed a woman standing in the turning lane on Guilbeau Road in Lafayette. La.

The woman is seen lifting her shirt while her shirt while drivers went past her and she most certainly got the attention of those driving by her.

Lafayette Police tells us that no one called in about this incident, thus was no one offended by this woman's actions on a hot south Louisiana day?

In recent weeks we have seen a number of bizarre incidents in Acadiana and this leads us to believe what a colleague has always said, "The heat is getting to the people here."

We do encourage you if you see this type of behavior again, please call your local police department. It is not safe to stand in a roadway and conduct this type of behavior for whatever reason(s).
